2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the purchase of the online training offered on the website invest-thailand.com.

3. Product Description

The training is a digital product in the form of videos, tools, and downloadable documents, accessible online. It focuses on real estate investment in Thailand. Access is granted immediately after payment.

4. Price

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included (TTC). The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase. The publisher reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without retroactive effect on past purchases.

5. Payment Methods

Payments are secured and processed via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer. Access to the training is automatically granted upon payment confirmation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the training is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, resale or sharing without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for any mismatch between the training and the buyer’s personal objectives, nor for any results obtained. The buyer remains solely responsible for their decisions and investments. Naturally, there will be no results without taking action, and there will be results if action is taken. Real estate investment is not magic — it requires effort, work, and commitment.

8. Personal Data

Data collected during the purchase process is used solely for sales management and customer relations. In accordance with applicable regulations, you may request to access, modify, or delete your personal data by contacting contact@invest-thailand.com.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be submitted, failing amicable resolution, to the competent courts in London.

10. Satisfied or Refunded

The Seller offers a “Satisfied or Refunded” guarantee valid for ninety (90) calendar days from the date of purchase of the training. To benefit from this guarantee, the Client must:

• Submit a request via the contact form within 90 days.
• Provide evidence proving the application of the method (for example, the building summary sheets that we create together in module 4, etc.).

Subject to compliance with these conditions, a full refund will be made within 48 business hours and without discussion.
The refund will be issued via bank transfer or reimbursement to the credit card used.
The refund results in the immediate and permanent termination of access to the training and any associated bonuses.

Q: I did not apply the method, and therefore did not get any results. Can I request a refund?
It is normal, and even predictable, that if the Client does not apply the method, the results obtained will be similar to the average. The guarantee cannot be applied in this case.
